Most of the time getting from one place to another in China has been a dreary ball ache of tiring layovers and smelly trains but today that mindless monotony was blown away by our journey to Yangshuo down the Li River. With its karst mountains and winding waters the famous river provided something extraordinary to entertain us on our commute rather than the disgustingly deafening eating of a noodle slurping traveler or a tediously time wasting traffic jam.
